We have also developed a database of over 8,000 applicants that we can search to fill your staffing needs.
- We feel that exceptional recruiting is a Talent that is coupled with experience and knowledge. Yes, we believe that the recruiter needs the experience and skill set to assess and determine the functional aspect of filling a job order, but we feel it goes beyond that. LandTemp, Inc’s sister company, The Land Department Inc. teaches classes in all aspects of Land Administration including a 12 week college formatted class in Land Administration that is taught by a leading manager in the industry. We also have Managers/Supervisors from various companies who volunteer during the practical application portion of each class, enhancing the experience for our students.
